No signup on this site. Download the signed file, then open it in My Files (Mes fichiers on Samsung).

On Samsung (One UI)
An older app
Settings → Apps → search Consensus. If it is there, Uninstall before opening tinab.apk again.
Unknown sources
Settings → Security and privacy → Install unknown apps → Mes fichiers → allow.
Open the file
In Mes fichiers, open only tinab.apk.
“App not installed” almost always means an older copy is still there, or Play Protect blocked it. Uninstall, allow Mes fichiers, try again.
