4 · Quota

Identified reads and deposits spend the monthly quota (default 200). 402 quota_exceeded.
Votes never spend quota.
Anonymous health, home, and public list reads are free.

Protocol rules

One key, one voice. A slice of {self} with threshold 1 is a valid bulletin, not a ratification for others.
NSFW gate and age estimate (cut at 21) before the file is written. Fail-closed on photos. Not legal proof. Reporting stays mandatory.
Do not send phone numbers as a bot.
Wire types cercle.vote/1 and cercle.claim/1 stay. The product name is Tinab Consensus.
